Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue growth through B2B (institutional partnerships) and retail marketing
- Lead the development and refinement of brand’s messages, target customers and marketing mix
- Responsible for driving awareness, acquisition, and retention of users through crypto influencers, KOLs, community events, content, and PR
- Lead go-to-market planning and drive cross-functional collaboration to implement it
- Serve as primary marketing point of contact with investment DAOs, KOLs and other strategic partners enabling strong, collaborative working relationships
- Develop bi-weekly marketing strategies and measure / monitor performance of those strategies to make necessary updates and improvements
- Be on top of customer insights, segmentation, competitive intelligence, industry trends and key developments.
- Prepare bi-weekly revenue forecasts and manage delivery through marketing program initiatives.
Pre-requisites:
- 8+ years of experience as head of marketing or equivalent in fast moving Tech, FMCG or BFSI company
- Hands on experience in demand generation marketing tactics and digital marketing channels such as SEO/SEM, Display Advertising, social media, Email/Push Notifications, In-Product Marketing etc.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills with deep interest and comfort working with ROI and metric-driven models
- Proficiency in CRM, databases, marketing automation and use of softwares such as Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite etc necessary for marketing materials.
- Strong interpersonal, people and community skills

Your First 30 Days
In your first 10 days, you will get acclimatized to Polysynth, the team and our culture:
- During the first two days, you will be immersed in an onboarding program that introduces you to the company and the product.
- Spend time reading and discussing about web3, DeFi, DAOs and community building activities such as KOLs, Influencers, meme marketing

In your first 20 days, you will become a valuable member of the team:
