About the Role

As the Institutional Client Support Manager for Figure Marketplace, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with our strategic and institutional partners to include Private Company & Investment Fund customers, our Fund Administrators, and UDSF Consortium Bank partners. You will own the planning and execution of client onboarding, issuing, fundraising, servicing and secondary market liquidity across two market segments - Private Companies and Private Investment Funds. This will require you to work cross functionally with teams responsible for operations and service across multiple internal platforms to include Figure Equity Solutions / Cap Table Management, Digital Fund Services, Figure Dashboard & Wallet, Figure Investor Passport, and the Alternate Trading System (Broker Dealer

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary advocate for Institutional Clients during- and post-onboarding. Liaison between clients & the Service Team for problem resolution and between clients & the operations team for business requirements.
  • Manage every operational step to support onboarding, issuing, fundraising, servicing, and secondary trading for every institutional client using the Marketplace Playbook.
  • Develop the Marketplace Playbook which synchronizes operational phases, steps, and requirements across Figure Marketplace business units for each customer segment. Help to envision and develop the future state and create milestones to get us there.
  • Coordinate efforts between the Marketplace Operations Team and Service Team to ensure prompt onboarding and project execution for private companies, investment funds, their respective employees & investors, and select third parties.
  • Develop and maintain an operational relationship with our USDF Consortium banking partners in support of buy-side and sell-side onboarding of investors to these bank’s platforms.
  • Create cohesive and visually appealing guides, flow charts, FAQs, and other content as required to support frictionless customer experiences.
  • Drive and take ownership of our team’s culture to include diversity, equity, & inclusion, intellectual curiosity, exceptional performance, mutually supporting teamwork, ethical decision making, and cheerfulness in the face of adversity

What We Look For

  • BA/BS with 8+ years of relevant experience in operations or customer success, especially with VIP level clients and investors
  • This role requires strong management skills, the ability to work with multiple internal & external stakeholders, and strong communication & coordination skills.
  • A strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystems, with professional experience preferred but not required
  • Data focused individual who is confident and comfortable advising senior management on best business practices. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity - this role will evolve rapidly and the direction will be determined by the candidate
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and practice independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
