This role will ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration by balancing team capacity, coordinating dependencies, and providing clear prioritization. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between marketing and creative teams, overseeing workflows, tracking project status, and managing inbound and outbound requests. They will provide regular reporting on marketing and creative workstreams, ensuring efficiency and alignment. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, adept at managing multiple priorities, anticipating challenges, and streamlining processes. Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools is preferred, with a passion for exploring new technologies that enhance collaboration and workflow optimization. Duties & Responsibilities: • Track, prioritize, and manage inbound requests across creative, brand, and product marketing teams.• Balance team capacity and provide clear prioritization to ensure efficient workflow management.• Act as a bridge between marketing and creative teams, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and coordination.• Oversee and track the status of various marketing and creative workstreams, providing regular reporting and insights.• Manage inbound and outbound requests, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.• Implement and optimize project management tools like Jira, Asana, or similar platforms to improve tracking and reporting.• Identify process improvements and recommend new tools or workflows to enhance collaboration and efficiency.• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple conflicting priorities with attention to detail and strategic foresight. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations.• Proven ability to track, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Experience working closely with marketing and creative teams, understanding their workflows, dependencies, and priorities.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination.• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining efficiency and alignment.• Experience providing reporting and status updates across various teams and stakeholders.• Passion for exploring new technology and tools that improve collaboration, tracking, and reporting (nice to have). Bonus Qualifications: • Experience working with sports brands• Experience and understanding of Web3 and Blockchain technologies The expected base salary range for this role is based on the location where the employee’s work will be performed and is aligned to one of our three compensation pay range tiers. Base pay is just one part of Mythical’s total compensation package, which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their efforts and contributions. This role is also eligible to participate in Mythical’s Corporate Bonus and Equity Plan. Pay Ranges by Tier: Tier 1: $96,000 - $132,000 Tier 2: $86,000 - $119,000 Tier 3: $77,000 - $106,000 Locations by Tier: Tier 1 Locations: San Francisco Bay Area - California Tier 2 Locations: Remainder of California (outside of the SF Bay Area), Washington state, Massachusetts state, New York state Tier 3 Locations: All other states outside of California, Washington, Massachusetts, and New York *The role is open to candidates in the following states on a remote basis: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Texas & Washington The base salary for each successful applicant will be dependent on a variety of factors, including work location, education, qualifications, competencies, relevant work experience, business needs, and market demands.
