You’re a data nerd, have grown a consumer product before, and want to put crypto in every pocket. You will:

Own growth end to end (acquisition, activation, engagement, retention) Leverage data to identify best growth levers Run growth experiments

You are:

3+ years experience growing a B2C internet product that went through exponential growth Good intuition and mental frameworks for growth experiments that you can talk about during interviews Strong data analytics / data science / data visualization skills. You should be fully self sufficient

Bonus points for:

Passion for crypto and internet native finance Quant and/or software engineering background

Location:

Have to be based in San Francisco with one of our founders We jam IRL most days of the week

Compensation

Base salary of $150,000-$220,000 + tokens/equity Unlimited supply of coffee and taking over the world vibes
