The Financial Services team is in the high growth mode to drive business across crypto, blockchain and NFT with potential addressable markets of trillion dollars.

We are hiring a Business Development Director to join us with specific focus on the Northern America market. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales, Financial Services.

Key responsibilities:

â—Ź Cultivate, negotiate, close strategic accounts in NFT, blockchain networks, crypto exchanges and Web3 forms

â—ŹBuild up thought leadership both inside the company, in the crypto community and at the trade shows & industry conferences

â—Ź Attract, recruit, lead and retain a team of high performing business development managers

â—Ź Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance, finance) to launch and manage strategic partnerships


Qualifications:

● Minimum 7 years’ experience, at least 3 years of which must be direct working experience in a leading crypto-native / blockchain / NFT company ( Coinbase, Circle, Gemini, OpenSea, Rarible, etc ) in a similar capacity

â—Ź Complex solution selling (i.e., experience selling or delivering software or services that required the end client to realign certain business processes).

â—Ź Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast paced, consultative, and competitive market.

â—Ź Leadership and management experience.

â—Ź Ability to travel (once Covid crisis is over).

â—Ź Global citizen mindset
