People and Talent at SuperRare Labs:

At SuperRare Labs, our mission is to create a global art economy fit for the digital age. We are looking for a Director of People and Business Operations who is excited about digital art and NFTs to join our growing team. Reporting to the VP of People Operations, you will be owning and developing initiatives revolving around the DAO, internal business operations, and other pertinent peripheral projects at SuperRare Labs.

What you’ll do:

• Set the bar for operational excellence across the company through a mix of leadership and hands-on project execution
• Drive cross-functional planning and development, ensuring that tasks are completed on time while managing resource, scope, and quality constraints
• Develop project planning and reporting frameworks for use by you and leaders from across the organization to keep broad sets of stakeholders aligned and informed
• Support the executive team in the development of focused and effective company strategy
• Identify, anticipate, and remedy operational bottlenecks in all corners of the business by managing dependencies and aligning cross-team roadmaps to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives
• Ensure the company runs in conformance with its legal and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution as needed

What you have:

• Superb written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and task management; capable of balancing multiple strategic directives simultaneously
• Ability to effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities to help teams prioritize and focus
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and get things done; a strong owner where no task is beneath you
• 6+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations management
• 2+ years of proven experience as an operations leader or people management position
• BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus, or equivalent experience
• Experience managing growing teams with varying direct reports and multiple skill levels
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Deep need and knowledge of data analysis and performance/operational metrics
• High powered energy in an increasingly dynamic and competitive market
• Outstanding people skills

SuperRare Labs powers / bonus points if you can demonstrate:

• Experience working in a Web3 environment or a deep passion for the space
• Knowledge of regulatory landscape around the art and crypto markets
• Advanced understanding of marketplace dynamics
• Strong remote-environment communication skills
• Experience working within a matrixed organization
• Strong experience with program management
