Executive Assistant and Administrative Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Manage special projects by executing upon clear briefs surrounding marketing research and content coordination
- Meticulous calendar management skills to keep the team organized, up-to-date, and efficient with meetings, and making sure we have enough time in our day to get our hands dirty contributing to important company projects.
- Logistic Managements-- flights, calls, travel, etc.
- Close collaboration with our communications team to develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key media, thought leaders, and high profile connections.
- Strategic thinking when communicating with diverse audiences and defining priorities.
- Ability to hit the ground—not running, but—sprinting. This means getting up to speed with the latest tech and software that we use like NFTs, cryptocurrency, our content management system and more.
- Your appreciation and understanding of the passion and energy we have for the team and the company. We need you to bear with our crazy ideas and help bring big concepts down to actionable steps; it’s not always easy but it’s gotten us to where we are today.
- Most of all, we will need trust. Trust that we can count on you. Trust that we can share our professional endeavors and aspirations.
- On the ground logistical support with event planning and coordination of company initiatives.
- Note-taking during key meetings and clearly outlining core action items.
