Product Engineer - Crypto

Bitcoin, the soundest money ever created, is making its way to worldwide adoption. Shakepay has been the on-ramp of choice for many Canadians. Today, we want to do more. You will

• Drive the product vision for crypto at Shakepay
• Lead the engineering effort around crypto features
• Write high quality, well-tested, production level code
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and team discussions
• Collaborate on setting a tech vision for the company

Must have

• 5+ years working experience as a software engineer
• 2+ years working as Product Manager or Product Engineer
• Be comfortable working across the tech stack
• Knowledge of the inner-workings of bitcoin and ethereum
• Killer video-call hangout backgrounds

Nice to have

• Experience with Node.js, React-Native, Vue, Postgres, Docker
• Experience with building financial apps
• Ability to be-friend the AI in the event of a robot uprising
