We are looking for a Director of Business Development that will spearhead our Exchange Partnerships & Wallets initiatives. This role will be an integral part in leading the charge with helping Ava Labs partner with more exchanges and wallets to help better serve our customers and ecosystem.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Drive the adoption of new products and lead the institutional/corporate investments
  • Grow partnerships, develop novel product offerings, and long term synergies
  • Collaborate and align with internal product teams to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Leverages the organization’s relationship with existing institutional accounts by developing and executing proactive, creative, and ongoing contact initiatives
  • Identify opportunities and develop relationships with institutional investors, investment consultants, and enterprise partners
  • Create systems and processes to drive proactive outreach to V.Cs, hedge funds, digital asset managers, enterprise partners
  • Attend global conferences and coordinate investment meetings
  • Ensure that product and sales materials are always updated and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA and/or CFA
  • Extensive Wall Street sales background
  • Extensive experience with structured products
  • Experience launching new and novel funds
  • In depth knowledge of crypto/DeFi regulation and compliance (KYC/AML)
  • Detail oriented
  • Great written/verbal communication
  • Product management/development experience preferred
