Your RoleÂ
The Arbitrum Foundation is seeking a passionate, creative and knowledgeable writer who can help tell the ArbitrumDAOâs story. This role is responsible for producing online documentation related to governance, making DAO activities accessible on social media, crafting proposals on behalf of the Arbitrum Foundation, and more generally creating content that highlights the value of the ArbitrumDAO to the wider crypto community.
Scope of Work
- Work directly with the Governance Team and subject matter experts to produce documentation targeted at onboarding new contributors to the ArbitrumDAO.
- Stay informed on all matters related to the ArbitrumDAO and produce content that helps clearly communicate the DAOâs daily activities to the public.
- Lead the creation of various technical and non-technical DAO proposals for the Arbitrum Foundation, coordinating with the Governance Team and various stakeholders.
- Monitor content performance metrics and continue to iterate/refine content to ensure clarity and accessibility.
- Take ownership of any content the Arbitrum Foundation should produce that will aid the ArbitrumDAO in its mission to govern the treasury and protocol upgrades.
Qualifications
- DAO Knowledge: In-depth understanding of decentralized autonomous organizations, including governance structures, processes, and tools.
- Technical familiarity: Feel comfortable writing content that is technical in nature.Â
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, convey complex concepts, and facilitate productive discussions.
- Analytical Aptitude: Ability to analyze governance data, understand trends, and craft actionable recommendations.
- Experience: Previous experience working with DAOs or in a similar liaison role is highly desirable.

- Foster strong relationships with ArbitrumDAO members.
- Implement feedback channels to gather insights from the community and use this data to improve content quality.
- Design and write content to align Foundation and DAO priorities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to bring valuable insights to the ArbitrumDAO.
