Metaverse startup Mallconomy is creating the most fun shopping mall built for the people, by the people!

The Mallconomy is a platform built on Polygon that allows users to buy, sell, trade and own digital assets in a virtual shopping mall. Assets are bought and sold in the form of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and represent shops, wearables, products and other property.

$WOOT is the platform's ecosystem token and the native driving force that fuels the creator economy.

Our team combines a wealth of experience in Fintech, AI and Game Development and has an exceptional track record in building digital communities in both the Web2 and Web3 spaces.

In total, we are a team of 29, positioned across 4 continents, with ambition to grow!

We have assembled the right tech hub to execute our vision with five full-time employees in Folkart Towers in Izmir, Turkey.

Our team has a combined 210 years of total working experience and over 75.5 years of combined experience working together. We often finish each other’s sentences, lines of code and occasionally lunch, when they aren't looking of course!

THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone with excellent written English and an interest in web3 to join our expanding community-focused copywriting team. Along with a creative outlook, you’ll be able to channel well-crafted copy with our SEO first thinking Content marketing team.

You’ll be comfortable with the copy and content of all degrees - from planning abstracts to researching and writing long-form articles. You’ll be able to adapt to different tones of voice efficiently and effectively, with an ability to story-tell rationally and emotionally - to connect with our community.

We are looking for specific individuals who:

• Understand the potential of being part of a successful token launch and that can handle the pressure of the launch without losing focus on daily tasks.
• Have an out-of-the-box mindset and a larger picture understanding, but without losing focus on small details of executing a plan
• Are experienced in marketing successful crypto / web3 projects, and that comes with a head full of ideas to launch our project out of orbit
• Assist with programmatic & social media advertising
• Support the SEO Content Team with outstanding copy that serves our community.
• Explore creative insights from sources of all kinds, including data, and turn them into on-brand ideas to spark engagement
• Contribute to creative ideation and develop pitches and presentations
• Creating and managing editorial calendars
• Support the development of internal processes to support efficiencies within the team and drive quality improvements
• Be active in helping us push innovation and development in everything we constantly do.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Native English speaker
• Excellent communication skills, preferably in a remote/async environment
• Analytical mindset and multitasking skills
• Excellent copywriting and content creating skills / whether memes, Twitter teasers, competitions, etc.
• Strong organisation and a proactive approach
• Ability to effectively communicate information
• Good technical understanding of NFTs, GameFi specifically and blockchain in general
• Hardcore involvement in and understanding of the NFT space, including trends, sentiment, competing projects, and tokenomics
• Digital copywriting experience
• Punctilious attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines and plan own time effectively
• SEO knowledge and understanding
• Good understanding of digital marketing trends
• Passionate about SEO and staying at the forefront of innovation and technology

** Must be based in the range of max +4 hours within GMT+0.
