What are the role responsibilities?

  • Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to develop scalable REST APIs that enhance the user experience of the Optimism gateway
  • Own development of Warp Speed, Optimism’s fast deposit bridge
  • Implement chain indexing, monitoring, and alerting infrastructure

What skills do you bring?

  • 4+ years of professional hands-on software development experience
  • Experience building database-backed backend services in Golang or TypeScript.
  • Experience designing REST APIs.
  • Experience building single page applications using React and TypeScript.
  • Experience with containerized infrastructure solutions such as Docker or Kubernetes is a plus, but not required.
  • Knowledge of blockchain fundamentals is a plus, but not required.
