RECUR is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company, where you will build the teams that are working with some of the largest brands in the world on innovative projects in the nascent and growing NFT space.

What you will do at RECUR

  • You partner with team leaders to find and deliver top talent across a variety of business functions
  • You will be involved in all aspects of talent acquisition including: employer brand strategy, prospecting, interviewing and pitching, candidate relationship management, negotiating and closing, data analysis and onboarding
  • You will be relentlessly focussed on and working to create and ensure an amazing and unique experience for our candidates from the initial outreach to their first day at RECUR
  • You will partner with the broader People team to optimize the interdependencies between People team functions including compensation, benefits, internal mobility, performance management, and culture
  • You will use talent mapping in collaboration with hiring managers to build a strong proactive pipeline, aligning talent distribution with hiring goals to effectively forecast and fulfill hiring goals
  • You will partner with people leadership to develop and leverage talent metrics and dashboards for reporting and iterating on process and strategy as we grow

What you will bring to RECUR

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience recruiting for professional positions ideally internally at a high growth company (agency + internal experience is a plus!)
  • Experience successfully recruiting talent from high-growth startups or technology companies
  • Previous experience designing and/or optimizing end-to-end recruitment processes from role opening to hire
  • Command of sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to enable effective sourcing, management of candidates and optimization for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to ensure that hiring plans and job descriptions are aligned with business priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and sales acumen to expertly convey RECUR’s value externally to applicants
  • Passion for mentoring and influencing co-workers on recruitment best practice and industry trends
