We are excited to be seeking a dynamic and operationally savvy Chief of Staff to join our Founder/CEO at a protocol at the forefront of DeFi lending. As the Chief of Staff, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in defining the future of our industry and supporting our Founder/CEO as we enter a period of rapid growth and expansion.


In this role, you will be responsible for -

  • Communicating the CEO's vision and key metrics to the team
  • Proactively following up to ensure goals are being met, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Establish operational rigor of the business and do so equipped with all the data and metrics needed to inform goal setting and milestone tracking.
  • Acting as a direct point of contact for the CEO’s reports and doing so with the agility, strategy, and empathy the role requires.
  • Driving operational rigor within the company, and will play a key role in structuring company-wide communications and running meetings and off-sites.

We are seeking candidates with prior experience as a CEO, COO, divisional GM, or product leader, preferably in the crypto/fintech or high-growth startup space. You should have strong strategic skills and a solid understanding of various funnel-driven models, as well as experience running complex, interdependent projects. You should also have excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences and be proficient in a range of technology and software tools.

We want to make decentralized financial tools accessible to everyone. Our mission is to empower the community to discover and organize efficient market interactions by building an ungated finance infrastructure. The protocol has developed an on-chain infrastructure to create markets to enable earning yield & leverage on every blockchain asset. To date, we have hit 300M+ TVL at peak and processed a combined 1B+ in all-time deposits without token or token incentives, and very slim marketing. We want to scale our vision across the entire DeFi ecosystem & innovate on lending products that have the potential to disrupt the rails of finance. We have been slow and conservative in our approach so far, but that has helped us to get to a position of high leverage from where we can rapidly scale and expand on new product lines. As the Chief of Staff, you will be a critical member of our team as we continue to innovate and grow.
