Your opportunity
Lead CoinTrackerās Talent function by building and scaling a world-class, diverse team that is high performing, value-aligned, and mission-aligned with increasing the worldās financial freedom and prosperity. This role reports directly to our co-founder and President (Chandan).

You will

Hire and manage the Talent team at CoinTracker, to enable us to build the strongest team in the cryptocurrency space

Build a rigorous, systematic hiring process company-wide, enabling the hiring of diverse top performers at scale

We are a fully internationally distributed, tight-knit team. We have minimal process, and the majority of our time is spent working and collaborating asynchronously through tools like Linear, Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
