THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

We are looking to fill the role of Business Development Representative with a person who has a superb track record of developing a pipeline of potential clients and booking meetings with new prospects.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this person will play a central role in enabling the Sales Team to convert prospects into clients.

What you’ll be doing.

Sales Team Representative (for Revenue Ready Products)

  • Research prospects and develop a healthy pipeline of potential clients and markets
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and book meetings for the Sales Team
  • Identifying opportunities to engage with and add value to strategic prospects
  • Project manage and follow up on action items from the client’s sales meetings
  • Live and breathe within the CRM, ensuring all sales information is captured in the CRM
  • Enable the Sales teams with sales and marketing materials such as trade analysis of our product vs. the customer's status quo and other deliverables as part of our sales process

Sales Process Support (for Beta Products, not Revenue Ready)

  • Generate leads and book meetings for the beta Product Manager
  • Manage communication/engagement with prospects and clients in process of being onboarded
  • Project manage internally and ensure client questions are responded to in timely manner, and we follow through on commitments made
  • Capture all related information and notes in the CRM

Sales and Marketing Support

  • Develop, maintain a calendar and organize sales and marketing events, e.g., conference sponsorships
  • Support miscellaneous activities around sales and marketing efforts

  • B2B enterprise sales of complex financial or technology products.
  • Cryptocurrency and/or blockchain technology
  • Any type of quantitative research or data analysis
  • Use of modern CRM tools (Salesforce, Copper, Hubspot, etc.)
