Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented individual to join our team as the Blockchain Business Listing BD. The successful candidate needs to have a good understanding of the industry and will be responsible for the project listing of the Launchpad and partnerships development, as well as developing collaborations with KOLs. You will play a key role in expanding our project's reach, enhancing its brand value, and fostering strategic partnerships within the blockchain community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing KOLs, projects, and other potential partner resources, establishing cooperative relationships, expanding project influence and exposure, and enhancing the brand value and recognition of the project.
• Serve as a representative of the company, maintain good relations with KOLs and marketing channels, and achieve long-term cooperation.
• Be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyze the results of channel cooperation, and adjust to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
• Discover excellent potential assets (projects) for Xdo, facilitating their launch on the platform.
• Responsible for exploring and developing cooperation with platform Launchpad projects.
• Leverage resource advantages, using personal and company resources to actively facilitate cooperation with other project parties.
• Deeply understand the dynamics and trends of the blockchain industry, actively seek potential cooperative projects, establish cooperative relationships, and promote the continuous development of the project ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Chinese and English, both Chinese and English can be used as working languages; multilingual skills are considered an advantage.
• At least two years of WEB3 BD work experience.
• Possess good industry resources and network accumulation, proactively identify and facilitate cooperation opportunities, driving the project's business development.
• Have excellent communication and coordination abilities and team spirit, capable of effectively coordinating internal and external resources to achieve business objectives of the project.
