About the job
Our fully remote team is looking for a full-time in-house HR Generalist/recruiter to help us achieve our organisational goals for individuals passionate about the NFT and Blockchain space.
You can expect to
- Be responsible for managing the employee life cycle, updating internal records and systems and assiting the organisation with a wide variety of HR oriented functions.
- Formulate and monitor adherance to policies on sickness/vacations/performance & expenses
- Prepare job ads and distribute them across relevant job boards.
- Screen candidates under our criteria.
- Schedule applicant Interviews alongside the appropriate Founders/Department leads
- Manage our full recruitment workflow from tracking and contacting applicants, scheduling interviews to issuing offers and contracts in partnership with the management team.
- Help mature our recruitment process to improve our candidate experience, while building a strong employer brand.
Why you will succeed
- Experience as in-house HR officer or recruiter (starting from 2 years of experience)
- You are willing to work in a dynamic, fast growing company where you will be asked to autonomously develop systems and workflow to support the companies goals
- You are quick to spot problems, and you can propose solutions (including creative solutions!)
- Open-minded with cultures, and great at geography! You will be screening, scheduling and interviewing candidates across the world.
