Senior Associate, Strategy & Finance
Amun is looking for a Senior Associate to join their high performing team. The candidate will work directly with Amun’s VP Strategy to build out the FP&A function at the company (financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, etc), support fundraising efforts, and drive various strategy projects (competitor mapping, KPI analysis, go to market, etc). This role will have significant visibility to the Firm’s leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed budget and forecast models to drive high quality decision-making and closely monitor financial performance. Identify actionable insights and perspectives
- Drive analytical efforts independently and partner on projects with business and functional leaders across the firm
- Develop and track KPIs and monitor global competitive environment
- Create and refine marketing materials for fundraising efforts
- Ad hoc financial and strategic analysis on various strategy projects
- Provide a clear and concise point of view to a senior audience
Qualifications
- Interest in crypto / blockchain / web3
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, management reporting, or comparable experience
- Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills, in addition to significant experience with financial modeling and making data driven decisions
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, highly organized, and high standards for quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects while prioritizing deliverables and meeting demanding deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships across the organization
