Senior Partnerships Manager
Key Requirements
- Solid Experience in the Web 3 and Gaming Industries
- 5+ years of experience in business development in tech, with several years of experience managing partners
- Previous experience building/managing a team of business developers
- Ability to guide partners from A-Z, from sourcing & outreach to pitching and building long term relationships
- Expertise developing business cases, revenue models, and familiarity with legal agreements
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders, from detecting the opportunity of a partnership to following up on its implementation
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Autonomous, proactive, KPI driven, focused, with great communication and reporting skills
- Fluent in English
It's great (but not necessary) if you also have:
- Previous experience, or good knowledge of the application/software industry (music streaming, productivity apps, …)
- Previous experience, or good knowledge of the hardware/retail industry (peripherals, merchandising, …)
- Previous experience working in a globally distributed and fully remote company

- Identify new, high-potential partnership opportunities for Ultra
- Establish, manage and nurture these partnerships to enable our and our partners’ success, increase the adoption and use of Ultra, strengthen and expand our relationship, and execute upon our overall platform strategy
- Evaluate the strategic and economic impact of potential opportunities and prioritize your efforts based on impact
- Lead all aspects of deal initiation and execution, from business case development to deal structuring and negotiating
- Collaborate internally with key stakeholders including C-suite, marketing, product, engineering, legal, and more
- Manage our existing Sales and Partnerships team members, and create the business space to grow the team further
- Continue shaping our platform partnership strategy and building repeatable processes and scaled engagement models
