We are looking for a Senior Analyst, Business Development Operations to be a part of our corporate Business Development (BD) team. You are an expert in tools like Salesforce and spreadsheet applications, and will leverage data analytics to inform strategic decisions and fuel sales growth. You will be responsible for:
Creating and enhancing Salesforce reports Owning ad-hoc analytics and account mapping requests from BD team Performing BD weekly, monthly, and quarterly analytics Supporting operational programs to improve engagement and effect with Technology Partners Supporting US based BD team, while collaborating with India based Business Intelligence, Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Engineering or MBA degree, with 6 to 8 years of sales operations experience in the software industry required. Interpret and translate our requirements and goals into a structured analytical approach and methodologies to deliver expected outputs Must be technical and uses the following tools daily with expert-level proficiency: Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Skills to organize data, obtain insights, high accuracy in work, and timeline adherence. To manage multiple, concurrent projects and to work independently. Collaboration skills with all levels including senior executives and external partners. Prior experience working with US based teams.
