Bitcoin Depot is seeking an Sales Administrator - Business Development to be an integral part of our dynamic sales and business development team. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly support business development and sales efforts while maintaining a customer-focused approach. This is a remote position.  Bitcoin Depot is the largest Bitcoin ATM Network in the world offering users the ability to buy and sell Bitcoin at thousands of BTM and BDCheckout locations. We currently trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol BTM.  Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate technical expertise. Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms is essential. Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, to manage tasks efficiently. Conduct research using Google, LinkedIn, and other tools to analyze industry specifications and gather relevant data. Accurately process and enter customer orders, ensuring a high level of attention to detail. Maintain and update sales and customer records in Salesforce or similar systems. Provide administrative support to Business Development, Sales, and Operations teams. Assist Account Management with after-sales support, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams to drive continuous improvement. Offer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, video conferencing, and text. Demonstrate excellent communication skills across all mediums. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence effectively. Tasks include taking meeting minutes, preparing quotes, sending follow-up emails, and maintaining organization. Provide general support for trade shows and related events.

Qualifications:

Education: An Associate’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates without a degree must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and research platforms (Google, LinkedIn). Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks. Must possess strong written and verbal communication abilities. Experience: Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar administrative role is required.
