You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 50+ people overall. This role is based in Berlin or Switzerland. Most of our team is based in Berlin, Germany, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland 🇨🇭, Spain 🇪🇸, Portugal 🇵🇹, UK 🇬🇧, and other countries.

💻 About the role:

As a Global Partnerships Manager for {Core}, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and developers from all around the globe, to promote the adoption of the  Safe {Core} stack. You will work very closely with the Safe Partnerships team as well as be involved with high level details of the technical development related to Safe {Core}. This role will give you exposure to a wide range of projects and verticals. You will have a direct impact on Safe through establishing relationships with design partners as well as promoting the adoption of new features to projects in the Ethereum ecosystem. You will also directly report to the Head of Partnerships.

🗃️ What you will be doing: 

  • Spearhead the strategic acquisition of partners and drive the adoption of new tooling built through Safe{Core} within Ethereum ecosystem teams through a systematic approach that involves conducting in-depth market analyses, assessing potential synergies, and leveraging comprehensive relationship management methodologies. 

  • Utilize your proficiency in market research tools, CRM systems, and data-driven decision-making to identify, evaluate, and acquire partners aligned with our organizational objectives. Once acquired, employ a systematic delivery model and ensure seamless collaboration and value delivery to partners within specified timelines.

  • Employ a nuanced understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized protocols, and tokenomics to engage with partners and teams within the wider Web3 space, ensuring alignment with our Web3 ecosystem goals. 

  • Leverage your extensive network in the Web3 community, attending international conferences and participating in technical forums to stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies. 

  • Drive thought leadership initiatives that relate to Safe {Core}. 

  • Develop and demonstrate vertical expertise by deeply immersing yourself in the technical intricacies of specific industry verticals relevant to our organization's strategic goals. Cultivate an in-depth understanding of blockchain use cases within each vertical, employing your technical acumen to tailor partnership strategies that align with the unique needs and challenges of each sector. 

  • Engage in collaborative ideation sessions with internal technical teams, leveraging your vertical expertise to guide the development of solutions that resonate with industry-specific requirements, standards, and compliance frameworks.

  • Lead the continual refinement of our ideal partner profile through a meticulous process of iterative analysis and benchmarking. 

  • Utilize your technical understanding of blockchain metrics, smart contract performance, and token analytics to establish refined benchmarks for partner excellence within the Web3 ecosystem.

🎒 What you will bring: 

  • Familiarity within the Ethereum Ecosystem

  • High affinity towards highly technical concepts, Account Abstraction, MPC, EOA’s, L2s, Bridges etc

  • Natural multitasker: Can handle many conversations in parallel and does not leave conversations unresolved, knows how to keep track of many conversations using a CRM system

  • Being a personal user of web3 technologies

  • Ability to align roadmaps with different internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Ecosystem)

  • Ability to set up strategies derived from the project-wide mission and objectives

  • Worked in Sales and BD for 3+ years and in Web3 for 1-2years

➕ Nice to have

  • Prior venture capital/investing exposure plus experience at a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or tech company.

  • Familiar with Safe and has used Safe{Wallet}, ideally even Safe{Core}

  • Technical Background, by having worked with SDK’s and API’s.

  • Worked in both a startup (for more than 1 year) and corporate environment (for more than 1 year) (ideally strategy consulting MBB / or venture capital)
