We are looking for a Sales Administrator position, into the Consumer Sales team. The role is primary located in Vierzon, but we are also considering our other French locations, in Grenoble and in Montpellier. You will be in charge of:

- Managing qualification & onboarding of new resellers
- Optimizing lead qualification process
- Creating orders in our back-office system
- Following up on all sales admin topics: invoicing / payment / shipment / delivery
- Being the key point of contact for our B2B clients : resellers and distributors
- Ensuring the B2B customer satisfaction
- Ensuring good coordination between different departments when necessary: accounting, production, design, e-commerce, shipping, logistics, legal
- Reporting on key metrics regarding your activity

Desired Qualifications

    • Fluent written and verbal skills in English
    • A good french level is required
    • First experience in Sales administration, ideally in contact with international counterparts / resellers
    • Hands-on and rigorous
    • Relationship skills, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
