What you will do

  • Identifying, pitching and closing Filipino creators on the Nas Academy platform
  • Building out a creator strategy for the Business, Content Creation and Crypto category on the Nas academy platform
  • Remain at the forefront of the Creator Space as well as Crypto and Business landscape identifying new and upcoming thought leaders that should be on the Nas Academy platform creating a strategic outreach plan.
  • Lead meetings and manage negotiations with creators and their management teams along with securing the internal support necessary for an exceptional launch (i.e., design, marketing, product, etc)
  • Actively manage the pipeline to help expedite conversion at every stage of the funnel (everything before the start of class 1)
  • Ensure that the creator completes all deliverables on marketing, materials and document requirements for launch.
  • Integrate brand awareness initiatives in ongoing outreach.
  • Support with creator onboarding, taking ownership until they successfully live on the platform and marketing pushes are executed.
  • Present plans and align quarterly goals, KPIs and OKRs with the Philippines Country Head
  • Represent the Philippines in global creator partnerships meeting with the Head of Creator Partnership

What you'll need

  • 3-5 years working in a sales, business development or partnerships
  • Great communication and negotiation skills
  • Data driven in decision making
  • Proven record of strategic intuition when assessing opportunities, establishing deal terms and negotiating
  • Ability to develop rapport and establish trust with creators, agents, managers, and other stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial and a hands-on working >
  • Operates at a high level of intensity, acting with a sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence

As a sales in the field of web3, the individual would be responsible for selling web3 products and services to clients

This would involve identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and presenting the benefits of the web3 products and services in a way that is compelling and relevant to the client's needs

The salesperson would also be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, as well as providing support and guidance throughout the sales process

Additionally, the salesperson may be involved in developing sales strategies and tactics, and tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Overall, the main responsibility of a salesperson in the web3 field is to drive sales and revenue for the company.
