Institutional Sales Manager - South East Asia
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by developing and executing proactive and ongoing contact initiatives and understanding of their needs.
- Continuous analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions.
- Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules and track the status of key customers.
Requirements :
- At least 3 years working experience in sales/sales-trading roles within investment banks, financial institutions, etc.
- Institutional relationships with Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, HNW individuals, Brokers, Futures Institutions or Commercial Banks etc.
- Excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and high adaptability to a variety of situations.
- Passionate about crypto, industry experience would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English.
