This role will leverage relationship development and account management skills to build and strengthen our relationships with key institutional investors in South East Asia market. As part of the Business Development team, you will educate, introduce and inspire new investment into the world of cryptocurrency from major institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals in the region.


Responsibilities:

    • Acquire and develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients (global institutional/VIP clients).
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by developing and executing proactive and ongoing contact initiatives and understanding of their needs.
    • Continuous analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions.
    • Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules and track the status of key customers.


Requirements :

    • At least 3 years working experience in sales/sales-trading roles within investment banks, financial institutions, etc.
    • Institutional relationships with Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, HNW individuals, Brokers, Futures Institutions or Commercial Banks etc.
    • Excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Strong communication skills and high adaptability to a variety of situations.
    • Passionate about crypto, industry experience would be an advantage.
    • Proficiency in English.
