Accounts Manager NFT

Position overview

The Account manager will be responsible for the day-to-day communication and relationship management within the Zilliqa NFT Department.

Reporting to the head of department, the project manager will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of partner accounts and clients along with providing smooth onboarding for projects into the Zilliqa ecosystem while in parallel providing high-quality feedback and consultation to partners, driving and executing on marketing and activation ideations and strategy and ensuring all assets are properly received and handled. Coordinating between various departments both internally and externally and having a keen eye for market opportunities and growth/latest trends.

Role

  • Ability to read NFT/Web3 market conditions and translate that into value with current partnerships
  • Manage the existing partner portfolio and take lead in onboarding new potential partners in collaboration with the wider team
  • Take ownership of strategy, planning, and execution of day-to-day activities and operations agreed with partners to drive partner and or project success
  • Liaise with broader team to develop strategies around deriving more value from the Zilliqa ecosystem
  • Ensure that all partner rights are utilized and maximized for full impact on exposure and awareness for Zilliqa to leverage
  • Participate in creative sessions with partners to create compelling marketing initiatives that resonate with the gaming and crypto space while leveraging Zilliqa as an L1
  • Support in identifying industry trends and maximizing opportunities for growth of Zilliqa within the broader gaming/esports industry
  • Deliver high-quality briefings for management and head of department to report on partner success and progress. Support the management team in the partnership renewal processes
  • staying up to date with industry events across the NFT & Metaverse space



Requirements

  • Understanding industry best practices and trends within the NFT industry and advising/support new projects accordingly

  • Have an understanding of the art world (digital/traditional), Metaverse & NFTs - to translate into the web3 space

  • Understand the behavior of mainstream to know best practices to educate and avoid crypto backlash and barriers to entry

  • Consultative and problem-solving in dealing with top tier projects on their blockchain/NFT designs to build the most successful business possible

  • Be accountable for customer retention and expansion, increasing the lifetime value of existing customers through client management, forecasting, and driving growth through a variety of creative means (partnerships, connecting to ecosystem partners and investments, technical advice and design, relationship management, etc)

  • Be able to juggle multiple projects and internal Zilliqa teams to be able to provide high-quality service to projects

  • Lead customers through our integration experience and help consult them deeply understand our customers business and their needs, and help them maximize the success of their NFT business

  • Be a constant advocate for business customers of Zilliqa
  • Be a user of Asana & Slack
