Senior Solana Developer
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications on the Solana blockchain.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to the best coding practices and security standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, mobile developers, QA, PMs, and Product Owners to ship robust Solana applications.
- Optimize performance and volume handling to ensure smooth operations at scale.
- Provide operational tips and watchouts to ensure reliability and optimal performance of Solana services.
- Conduct regular code reviews and sharing sessions to help teammates grow and ensure coding quality.
- Analyze and solve complex problems across the stack, providing pragmatic and scalable solutions.

- Continuously improve the development process and workflows.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Solana blockchain development with an extensive portfolio of developed projects.
- Mastery in Rust or any other programming language with potential crossover to Solana development.
- Strong understanding of Solana's architecture and ecosystem, including smart contracts and DeFi protocols.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control and collaboration.
- Experience with database technologies such as Postgres, Redis, and familiarity with other NoSQL databases.
- Thorough understanding of best practices in coding, security, and performance.
- Strong team collaboration skills with excellent communication in English (both written and verbal).
