About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Business Development & Strategy Lead to join our fast-growing digital asset venture. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting strategic roadmaps, evaluating new business models, and driving growth initiatives within both the digital asset space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic roadmaps for new crypto-related initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies and build financial models for new products and services.
- Identify and evaluate partnership and integration opportunities in the digital asset ecosystem.
- Analyze trends and developments in DeFi, tokenization, custody, and exchange infrastructures.
- Prepare investor-ready presentations and internal strategy decks.
- Lead market and competitive research across Web3, custody, and fintech domains.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review regulatory announcements, official communiqués, and capital markets legislation.
- Participate in business and integration meetings with third-party vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or consulting roles.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency products, blockchain technology, and capital markets.
- Strong analytical mindset and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling ability.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Experience working with legal documents, market regulations, and vendor agreements is a plus.
