Role OverviewAs a Product Manager at Lightblocks Labs, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering high-assurance data infrastructure that supports the growth of real-world assets (RWA) in DeFi and institutional markets. You’ll work across our Oracle stack, from price feeds to risk and compliance oracles, guiding the development of critical features used to secure billions of dollars in on-chain assets.You will collaborate with engineering, research, business and other cross-functional teams to define clear specifications, assess tradeoffs, and ensure successful delivery of reliable and scalable oracles. This role will involve interactions with partners and clients across the global financial and crypto ecosystem.You will report to the Head of Product. Responsibilities
Own the product lifecycle for one or more components of the eOracle stack Translate business, technical, and partner requirements into clear product specifications Collaborate with engineering and research teams to define, scope, and deliver resilient oracle infrastructure Prioritize features and improvements in alignment with company strategy and technical feasibility Write high-quality PRDs, support sprint planning and backlog grooming, and validate shipped functionality Ensure documentation, metrics, and changelogs are accurate and up to date Partner with internal teams (engineering, research, business) to ensure cross-functional alignment Contribute to roadmap planning and product review cycles
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in crypto, fintech, or technical infrastructure roles Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, especially Ethereum and EVM-based systems Familiarity with smart contract interfaces Ability to write clear and actionable product specifications Experience collaborating closely with engineers and technical stakeholders Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup with high standards and high ownership
Nice to Have
Exposure to real-world asset protocols, tokenized funds, or stablecoin systems Experience with data infrastructure, staking logic, or oracle networks Prior experience interfacing with financial institutions, auditors, or protocol integrators Familiarity with solidity, dashboards (e.g., Dune, Grafana), and on-chain monitoring
