Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams of community managers and other marketing subject matter experts to drive the adoption of Arbitrum tech stack and Stylus as well as engagement on key initiatives.
- Conduct analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, content marketing, paid advertising, etc.).
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Streamline marketing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing technologies and tools.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform the entire organization and help stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure timeline reporting of campaign results and learnings to the leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with product, dev rel and business development teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
- Track the performance of various community engagement programs such as the Ambassador Program, and KOL marketing and readjust the resource allocation based on their performance.
What You'll Need
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, preferably in a technology or blockchain-related industry.
- Strong understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing analytics and measurement tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the future of blockchain technology and the Arbitrum ecosystem.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) or blockchain projects.
- Experience with content marketing and SEO.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and measurement tools.
