Our client in the game industry recently closed their Series A funding round and is looking for a passionate Web3 Lead to take their game to new heights! If your passion is building amazing games that lots and lots of people love and you are a master of production and project management, then we would love to speak with you!
You’re a true believer in the massive opportunity for game development to incorporate the blockchain, and love learning about and building all things crypto, from NFTs to tokenomics. You obsess over all elements of project management and everything it takes to build a high-retaining game with a robust economy, and then iterate on what the players say and do. As a master of products and projects, you are both technically and business-minded, and have designed product roadmaps and helped drive the team to launch successful products. As the blockchain leader, you’ll help deliver a new type of player experience that combines proven traditional gameplay with some unique innovations, with an exciting hybrid meta, to millions of players around the world.
What You’ll Do (aka Your Day-to-day)

• Combine mobile, f2p, and gaming best practices into the blockchain product
• Own all blockchain product specifications, roadmap, and related documents
• Ensure our blockchain releases are launched properly and on schedule
• Develop detailed product forecasts and financial models
• Work closely across engineering, design and art to execute the blockchain product plan
• Mine the community and testing groups to develop key player insights
• Leverage multiple testing protocols (incl. A&B and multivariate testing)
• Communicate with senior management regarding product plans, budgets and insights
• Analyze and report on key market trends, from new tech to competitors and beyond

• 3+ years of experience in Production or Product Management
• Track record of building effective product roadmaps with engaging features that retain users and drive revenue
• Proven ability in feature development, projects, and entire products by working across departments and with leadership
• Able to lead the development of robust blockchain-based solutions
• Deep understanding of decentralized and distributed ledgers
• Expert in blockchain standards and ecosystems
• Strong SQL, consumer & market research and financial modeling skills
• Exceptional understanding of and desire to build web3 products
• You live and breathe game dev and web3

• You like working on a small team that works fast and iterates often
• Participation in multiple blockchain initiatives is a huge benefit
• You love games and creating long retaining user experiences
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development a plus
• You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and really dig in to make something awesome
