We are looking for talented and experienced Social Media Manager .

We are looking for a highly motivated ‘Social Media Manager’ that is passionate about joining the gaming industry and the NFTs, Web3, Blockchain Gaming, DeFi and the fast growing crypto world.

Job Role and Responsibility:

• Creating the game’s social media and communication strategy
• Create and maintain a strategic plan for the constant growth and health of our social media channels
• Create and execute a content calendar for various social media channels
• Construct and write entailing long-form content
• Identify strong community partners, advocates and influences, for collaborative opportunities
• Work closely with the product team, game designers and Art lead to create an - ongoing transparency approach in our media channels and community communication tools.
• Based on community engagement recommend marketing optimization to drive community growth and reach
• Build the necessary team to execute this vision and manage this team in reaching their goals, create clear and reachable goals.
• Analyze and track metrics to achieve set goal

Qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience in the crypto space & NFTs is required!
• Able to create documents outlining a vision and briefing a team
• Experience in managing a team
• Able to speak and write in English on a fluent level
• Excellent English to communicate with the international team.

Nice to have:

• Experience in managing communities in the gaming industry
