The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution and management of all paid media campaigns. The PMS supports national advertising campaigns, with a focus on driving brand awareness and conversions. This individual will have knowledge in the media landscape specifically across paid TV, OTT, audio, social, video, display, PPC, retargeting and OOH. In this role, this individual supports the VP of Marketing from strategy conception to execution and reporting, and works collaboratively with our media agency(s), internal Marketing Analytics Manager for performance analysis and optimization, and cross-functional team to deliver against the goal for the advertising campaigns and report on performance to internal stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of experience setting up campaigns according to client objectives and strategic direction, plus managing and optimizing paid media campaigns based on performance. This experience can be client-side, or agency-side.
