• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Expert knowledge of .NET with C#
• Expertise in windows development: WinForms, WPF
• Working knowledge of web development with Angular, REST Micro services
• Expertise with SQL development on MS SQL Server
• Experience with nosql database (ElasticSearch, MongoDB) a plus
• This a full Agile methodology position
• Monitoring tool experience a plus (Splunk, Dynatrace, DataDog)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities

• This is a 50% support role and 50% development role
• Attend scrums and report on progress
• Maintain tasks in Kanban boards

• Support is for troubleshooting existing applications and providing with a code based solution
• Developing system applications to our client coding standards and quality.
• Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs.
• Technically manage complex and large scale project efforts in maintenance and enhancements of business system applications.
• Collaborate with other developers and architects (when appropriate) to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
• Complete tasks on a timely basis, according to commitments made to stakeholders and management.
• Develop system test plans, ensure software quality assurance (SQA) standards are achieved, and validate that business goals are accomplished.
• Report project/task status to the appropriate Application Development Manager on a weekly basis.
• Utilize an object-oriented software lifecycle methodology and serves as a mentor for Application Developers and Associate Application Developers
