The Role
EGC is currently looking for a qualified Social Media Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate has experience with all social media, video, imagery, strategy, data analytics, and marketing campaigns. This position will execute social media strategies for the NFT and Metaverse space.
Responsibilities

• Fully manage, plan and execute digital media campaigns on social media platforms.
• Produce social content across video-first platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Serve as a social platform subject matter expert – keeping a pulse on trending topics in the community and identifying areas of opportunity to grow our engagement.
• Manage content calendar for all platforms, i.e. create, source and schedule exceptional content.
• Experience with Canva and AirTable is a plus.
• Community monitoring and engagement within Discord and Twitter.
• Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Creative and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Provide monthly performance and/or campaign performance on key metrics.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in social media management, with hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterst, LinkedIn, YouTube and Discord.
• Knowledge of NFT and metaverse including crypto language.
• Experience with Canva and Sprout Social is a plus.
• Experience in shooting and editing TikTok content.
• Communicate with the community, especially fans, influencers, and other partners to increase the impact of each channel.
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, kicking off an ambassador or influencer program, launching a brand refresh).
• Team player who can tackle multiple social media accounts and campaigns at once.
• Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to digital marketing initiatives and achieving client goals.
• Ability to identify and track relevant community and engagement metrics.
• Ability to write social captions across all current social media platforms.
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
• Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
