As Account Executive, you will be one of the founding members of our APAC team. Your role is crucial in shaping our presence in the region and making sure Kiln achieves its ambitious plans. You will report to our Head of Sales APAC and collaborate with Business Development, Customer, Product, and Marketing teams to identify opportunities and drive the adoption of our innovative blockchain solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, nurture, and close pipeline with a focus on Enterprise.

    • Define a relationship strategy within accounts, including engaging with the company's senior leadership team for executive sponsorships.

    • Develop and manage opportunities through the negotiation and closing phases.

    • Coordinate executive business reviews, and maintain customer satisfaction.

    • Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the CRM system, and report with results.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Kiln's products, their features, and their benefits to effectively communicate and convince prospects and customers.

  • Build an extensive Web3 and Institutional network and maintain meaningful relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Actively contribute to adapting sales materials to regional specificities.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales experience within the IT/software industry. 

  • 1+ year of experience in a Blockchain/Crypto company.

  • Proven track record in managing a sales pipeline, including negotiation and closing.

  • Strong ability to establish and nurture productive relationships with C-levels. 

  • Passionate about blockchain and cryptocurrency to stay on top of key trends, business models and industry developments.

  • Self-starter and highly organized, with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

  • Native or perfectly fluent in English and Mandarin.

Nice-to-have:

  • Additional language skills in Korean or Japanese.

  • Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage company.

  • Familiar with crypto regulatory policies and digital asset financial services (custody, prime services, asset management).
