Role Summary We are looking for a motivated salesperson who has some prior experience in attracting clients to financial crypto products or somebody who has worked in traditional finance. We already attracted over 500k USD to our investment strategies and we are constantly looking for new clients. We are looking for a team member rather than an employee - we are a small team and everybody is helping each other to succeed. As a team member, we expect you to attract new customers as well as manage current ones. Tasks Managing current client accounts for long-term success. Establishing a good rapport with new clients. Participate in conferences as a spokesperson and participate in exhibitions to attract new clients Develop new sales opportunities and channels Supervise representatives to ensure increased sales. Preparing reports on new accounts and transactions. Tracking account targets. Monitoring sales. Requirements Finance, sales, business development, or similar experience Proven experience in a sales position. Knowledge of CRM software (we use Hubspot) Excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of sales metrics. Ability to problem-solve for clients Benefits We offer a competitive comission-based position with fully remote working conditions. You might expect 3-4 times a year of travelling with team, meeting new clients, visiting conferences and expanding your personal network. We are not looking for diplomas. We are looking for some experience in sales, crypto, and/or traditional finance and a high motivation to learn and earn. You could be someone who would like to enter the crypto space with experience in sales and/or financial products/traditional finance. It’s a commission-based job with token allocation. We are looking for a person who would like to move the startup to the next level. Moreover, if our collaboration works out well, we would be happy to bring you to the team. The position is fully remote, so you are free to choose your workplace. We would be traveling as a team 3-4 times per year to conferences, so you should allocate some time for team gatherings. What does an account manager do?
