We are the World’s No.1 LIVE Crypto streaming channel covering Bitcoin, breaking news, hottest stories, altcoins, top founders and billionaires’ next big market moves, every single day.

We are the fastest growing crypto media business in the world. What started with two enthusiasts streaming crypto content from a coffee shop, has now become a consortium of the most influential media channels for live crypto news, trading, investing, web3 and crypto gaming content; working with the biggest advertising partners, affiliates and paid products or services in the industry.

The idea was born off the back of Ran's successful career at CNBC global having started the world’s first televised daily crypto news show. The restrictions of legacy and corporate media led to the idea of pursuing a media venture that is now at the forefront of the media 2.0 movement for tech, finance and crypto.

Today we have over 140+ team members that create content and build products that accrue over 10M monthly views across our network of channels and 85k+ daily active users. We are hungrier than ever before, driven by a mission of achieving the impossible and building the most profitable community in the world.

We are a group of enthusiasts, misfits and entrepreneurs that work harder than anyone else in the industry; fueled by passion and obsession for what we love to do. If you feel you are aligned with our core values, have an obsession with what you do and know how to consistently provide value - WE NEED YOU!

Role Overview
We’re looking for a focused, highly organised Personal Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative and logistical requirements of our Chief of Staff and CEO. We need a ‘fixer’ - someone who is always available and comfortable navigating real-world problems, not just managing textbook administrative tasks.

What You'll Do

    • Logistical Bookings: Manage all personal bookings, including travel, dining, and professional appointments, ensuring schedules are logical and account for travel time and potential delays
    • Maintain Daytime Availability: Provide a reliable point of contact throughout the working day. The real-time nature of this role requires you to be available to handle urgent requests and logistics as they arise
    • General Problem Solving: Maintain an organised digital filing system and handle miscellaneous tasks that keep the principal’s life running smoothly, ensuring a high level of discretion at all times
    • Act as the Primary Fixer: Manage the practicalities of complex personal projects and transitions. This involves managing the end-to-end logistics of changing environments, sourcing specialist contractors, setting up new services, and ensuring every detail of a project is followed through to completion

Your Skills and Experience

    • The "Fixer" Mindset: You have a background in roles that require high attention to detail and the ability to get things done, such as logistics coordination, event support, or personal assistance
    • Financial Reliability: You are comfortable using banking applications and handling sensitive financial data. You prioritise accuracy and double-check work before processing
    • Practical Resourcefulness: You are able to resolve issues independently, whether that involves tracking down a missing delivery or negotiating with a difficult service provider
    • Availability and Responsiveness: You are based in Cape Town and available during standard working hours. You understand the importance of being "on" and keeping the principal updated on the status of tasks
    • Direct Communication: You speak and write clearly. You are capable of giving concise updates and asking the right questions to get a task done correctly the first time
    • Resilience: You are comfortable with the unglamorous nature of personal logistics and can maintain a high standard of work regardless of the task
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
