Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building and optimizing CleanSpark’s recruiting infrastructure while managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring managers, the HR team, and external networks to deliver a proactive, inclusive, and high-quality hiring experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in shaping CleanSpark’s employer brand and ensuring the company attracts, engages, and retains top talent in alignment with its business goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring managers to develop tailored job requisitions, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
    • Manage full-cycle recruiting from job posting to offer close, including resume screening, phone interviews, candidate coordination, and feedback collection.
    • Own and optimize Lever ATS workflows, including templates, tagging systems, and reporting functions.
    • Ensure a seamless and inclusive candidate experience through transparent, timely, and professional communication.
    • Support employer branding efforts by contributing to consistent, compelling job descriptions and recruitment messaging.
    • Track and report recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity pipeline performance, and offer conversion rates.
    • Coordinate pre-offer logistics, background checks, and transition of candidates into onboarding.
    • Maintain recruiting data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal processes and applicable regulations.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Generalists, HR leadership, and hiring managers to improve hiring efficiency and consistency.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    • This role requires professionalism, respect, strong communication, and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.

Required Qualifications

    • 4–6 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruitment.
    • Demonstrated success in proactive sourcing and recruiting within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • Experience supporting both salaried and hourly hiring.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-state recruitment.
    • Strong working knowledge of Lever or comparable Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Familiarity with employer branding, sourcing strategies, and pipeline-building initiatives.
    • Experience using recruiting metrics or dashboards to drive process improvements.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
This position may involve duties that require operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. As such, candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
