Responsibilities:
- Assist in accounting system implementation: migrate existing Kingdee accounting system to Oracle
- Review/prepare full set of account including management accounts reporting independently
- Communicate with department for policy making
- Communicate with business unit for setting up accounting treatment
- Keep track to changes in tax and accounting rules
- Oversee the internal control policy/system
- Oversee the departmentâs operating to ensure timely approval/payment of expense, financial reporting and other management reporting
- Liaise with banks
- Liaise with auditors/tax representatives
- Support ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirement:
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred)
- At least 10 years relevant experience (audit experience in 2nd tier or big 4 is a must)
- At least 5 years commercial managerial experience and lead a team with at least 3 subordinates
- Experience in accounting system implementation is preferred
