Overview of Role:

As a Finance and Legal Operations Analyst you’ll be involved in critical aspects of the business and utilizing a broad range of financial, process and communication skills. You will play a major role in accounting, payroll, tax, compliance, contracting and purchasing.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting and month end close activities
• Manage payroll, vendor onboarding, and payables processes
• Ensure compliance with tax filings and requirements
• Oversee contract workflow process including drafting, organizing, and understanding key components
• Project manage ad hoc initiatives such as streamlining or setting up new business processes
• Provide ad hoc reporting to business partners to unlock key insights
• Partner with business teams to successfully navigate finance and legal processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Financial Management, Business, Accounting or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, payables, payroll or contract operations support
• Strong spreadsheet, organizational and process automation skills
