Metaschool is looking for an Operations Specialist with prior experience in a hyper-growth environment to manage all aspects of Metaschool's daily operations in accordance with the strategic plan and operating guidelines.

There are 30M developers in the world but only 24k devs are actively contributing to the web3 ecosystem as of now. Blockchain and protocol companies need more devs in web3 to survive and thrive. Metaschool produces courses for devs to build, ship and learn web3. We have over 70K devs signed up from 50+ countries within 5 months of launch.

We’re a decentralized, remote-first company with teammates based in Singapore, India and Pakistan (for now 😉). In the Role you will:

• Plan short- and long-term goals according to the values and mission of Metaschool
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and procedures.
• Foster a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Perform quality controls and monitor OKRs and help team members in setting out and achieving their monthly and quarterly OKRs.
• Assist management in budgets planning, reports, and forecasting

YOU

• 1-2 years of experience in working with a hyper-growth startup
• Budgeting and/or a financial focused mindset is helpful.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in technology especially Microsoft Office applications
• Extremely driven, passionate and entrepreneurial.
• Ability to take initiatives, drive them and take ownership of tight deadlines.
• Embrace chaos!
