We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst to identify data driven market trends for Polymer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and translating data into actionable insights to guide product development and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining dashboards to analyze internal metrics as well as data across chains, applications, and competing protocols to inform Product direction. This role will sit within our Product organization.

Responsibilities

Web3 experience required.

  • Design, develop, and maintain analytics dashboards to track key external metrics across various blockchain protocols and platforms, as well as internal metrics crucial for Polymer performance tracking
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand market trends, user behavior, and protocol performance, identifying opportunities and challenges for Polymer
  • Collaborate with the product team and other internal stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements, strategic direction, and operational improvements
  • Monitor the blockchain and DeFi ecosystem, providing regular reports on competitor movements, market dynamics, emerging trends, and internal performance benchmarks


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in data analytics, preferably with a focus on blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 ecosystems
  • Strong proficiency in Dune Analytics or similar platforms, with demonstrated ability to create complex queries and dashboards
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from large and complex data sets
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools and languages
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of Ethereum, Cosmos, and other major blockchain ecosystems
