We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. As the CEO's assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting his day-to-day activities, managing his schedule, and ensuring seamless communication within the company and with external stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the leadership team of a rapidly growing crypto startup.
Responsibilities:
**Executive Support:**
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing and responding as necessary.
**Administrative Tasks:**
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
**Communication Liaison:**
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information.
- Coordinate communication with external partners, investors, and stakeholders.
- Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and other written communications as required.
**Project Management:**
- Assist in managing various projects and initiatives, tracking progress and deadlines.
- Follow up on action items and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate cross-functional team efforts and facilitate communication between different departments.
**Special Projects:**
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO, which may involve research, analysis, or other tasks.
- Provide support for company events, conferences, and other activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Impeccable English.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to behavioral patterns.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry is a plus.
