Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee and streamline business operations, develop and implement effective strategies, ensure financial efficiency, and support organizational growth within Bybit UK. Day-to-day tasks include designing business operational processes, managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and working closely with leadership to support business goals. The COO will play a crucial role in decision-making and driving the organization's operational excellence and success in the UK cryptocurrency market.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management
  • Highly developed Analytical Skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Proven experience in Finance and Budgeting
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities with a track record of leading large teams
  • Familiarity or experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial technology industries is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
