Our core product is the world's first carbon-backed collectible called an Ecosapien that makes it 1-click easy for you to sequester real life carbon all while showcasing your impact through digital art. Ecosapiens is backed by leading venture capital firms: Menlo Ventures, Slow Ventures, Boost VC, and CRV. We're looking for an ambitious, creative and scrappy VP, Brand to shape our story, launch products to market, and grow the community.

We Are Looking For a VP, Brand To

Develop and implement marketing strategies

Hire and developing the marketing team

Oversee social media and digital marketing

Oversee community engagement including events, AMAs, and other community development programs

Communicate near-term and long-term goals of project to community

Drive revenue by ensuring there is enough demand for Ecosapien drops

Oversee and deploy marketing and advertising budgets

Determine and set goals and KPIs for marketing department

Direct new initiatives pertaining to marketing

Requirements

5+ years brand management experience

Highly strategic, creatively minded, and results-oriented marketer

Storyteller

Ability to translate product details into marketing narratives

Ability to make customers fall in love and develop a deep attachment to the product

Exceptional writing, and communication skills

Proven track record of successfully building strong B2C brands

Proven leadership experience

Bonus points: Growth-hacking experience, climate-tech background, passion for solving climate change, previous experience at a climate-focused organization, experience at high-growth venture-backed startup
