Let’s give value to the society! Binance is expanding our BNB Chain Business Development Team and looking for Crypto-native Web3 Projects-enthusiasts to join from anywhere in Europe.

Responsibilities:

    • Proactively engage with the Web 3.0 ecosystem, including but not limited to Web 3.0 companies, developer community, VCs, etc. to promote BNB Chain as the infrastructure of choice for the Web 3.0 ecosystem
    • Build and expand a pipeline of both crypto and non-crypto partners across all verticals (E.g DeFi, GameFi, SocialFi, NFTs, farming etc)
    • Design and execute marketing and growth strategies for projects and partners to accelerate user expansion
    • Develop and drive the implementation of strategic use cases of BNB Chain to developers and partners alike
    • Lead speaking engagements and content development for industry events

Requirements:

    • Professional working experience in the crypto sectors specifically on partnerships and brand development
    • At least 3 years of experience in defining and locating priority targets
    • Experience in deal-making such as deal negotiations, value propositions, drafting contracts and etc
    • Proven track record of interacting with and advising executive and senior management level positions in organisations both internally and externally
    • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, especially in ice-breaking sales and marketing
    • Passionate, ownership, execution oriented, independent and natural team player
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
