About the team:

Product Marketing tells our product’s story to the market across Retail, Traders, Crypto Native and Institutions. We are looking to grow our Institutional PMM team to support aggressive business goals for 2023 and years to come. We directly impact the business by working closely with Product, Marketing and BD teams to turn product value propositions into compelling messages for clients and prospects, driving acquisition and volume.

About the opportunity:

The successful candidate will lead the Into PMM Squad and be critical to support BD teams with marketing initiatives as well as partner with Product teams to further development of our solutions. This candidate will grow market share for OKX as well as think big about the future of crypto and how to bring sophisticated institutions into the crypto economy more quickly.

What you will do:

  • Build Institutional Product Marketing Squad in partnership with Head of PMM and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, adoption and engagement of OKX's institutional product offerings.
  • Collaborate with product management and business development teams to understand the features and benefits of our institutional products and translate them into compelling value propositions and marketing messages.
  • Create and implement go-to-market plans, including launch plans, content marketing, advertising, events, and public relations initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and partners to increase the visibility and credibility of OKX's institutional products.
  • Develop and deliver product presentations and sales materials to support business development efforts with institutional clients.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments affecting the cryptocurrency and digital asset space.
  • Travel to attend conferences, events, and meet with clients to represent OKX and support business development efforts.

What we look for in you:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or related field.
  • Solid years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, sales or related field
  • Proven experience leading and building high-performing teams, with a track record of mentoring and coaching team members to reach their full potential.
  • Strong understanding of the institutional finance and trading industry. Ideally, with a focus on cryptocurrency and digital assets. Prior experience in crypto exchange, trading platform, brokerage, FX broker is preferred
  • Excellent strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong team player with a track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with PR teams to build positioning in the marketplace through thought leadership.
  • Excellent prioritization skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
