Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing management expansion plans and daily operations for launching new services 
• Lead local key marketing activities, such as developing new partnerships and organizing key events/meet-ups
• Grow and manage local online and offline Binance communities
• Moderate the regional Binance social media, platforms, and chat groups, and interact with the community to increase positive engagement
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness
• Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms
• Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in a similar roles
• Experience in leading marketing, strong understanding of growth tactics, and a proven track record of working with high-performing teams
• Understanding of the Balkans marketing blockchain industry and having industry relationships (journalists, top brands, media outlets, agencies etc.)
• Proven community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology and trends, and a strong interest in crypto culture
• Croatian native, English fluent
