Firewall is looking for a community manager who is deeply embedded in the crypto universe to help elevate our brand narrative, drive awareness, and eloquently communicate our value in the global marketplace.
As a full time hire reporting directly to and working with our GTM team, this role is ideal for someone who is not only adept at storytelling but also possesses a deep understanding of crypto as a product.
Reporting To: CEO
Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day moderator of Firewall’s social media channels
Engage and respond to all inbounds and proactively interact with the community to increase positive engagement
Plan and execute high-quality content, activities, and campaigns to increase engagement. And memes. Did we mention the memes?
Develop relationships with builders, community managers, and external stakeholders from other projects
Use analytics and reporting to discover insights and drive social and community strategy
Collect feedback to identify and capture marketing opportunities, areas of improvement, and additional services or features
Collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams on what should be communicated
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in community or social media management
Fluent and self-sufficient in content creation and meme production
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut Video Editor and other content production tools
Strong writing and natural comedic abilities. Be funny and authentic!
Strong understanding of the crypto industry and ecosystem including Ethereum, rollups, dapps, and blockchain security
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and ability to track and report on metrics

Remote (North American time zone preferred)
Compensation
This is a full time position. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.Â
