Binance Accelerator Program (Community Intern - MENA)
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and engaging with the Binance MENA community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and other online communities.
- Help create and curate content for community posts and other communication channels.
- Assist in planning and executing community events, both virtual and in-person, including webinars, meetups, and other community events and workshops.
- Monitor community feedback and sentiment, and report insights to the Community Lead to help improve our products and services.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure the success of community initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the management of the Binance Angels program and coordinate collaboration between Angels and the Binance team.
- Provide support to community members by answering questions, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or graduated from Bachelors in Marketing or other relevant fields.
- Native-level fluency in English and Arabic.
- Native-level fluency in French is a plus.
- Fundamental understanding of the crypto market, on-going trends and Binance’s product suite.
