As the Community Manager, your role is absolutely crucial in helping our company reach its goals of acquiring and retaining developers. By fostering an active, vibrant community and providing support to new and existing developers, you will contribute to their success, making their journey faster and easier. You will be the brigde between Tatum and our passionate developer base!

What you'll in charge of:

  • Cultivate a Buzzing Community:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement and growth strategy across various platform, forums, social media channels. ( Discord, Github, Stack Overflow etc. )
    • Manage a cross-channel editorial calendar and ensure content is published on schedule.
    • Host engaging online and offline events like town-halls, webinars, developer meet-ups
    • Create high-quality content (blog posts, tutorials, videos) that educates and inspires developers.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive environment where developers feel valued and supported.
  • Champion and Enable Our Developer Heroes:
    • Identify and empower passionate developers who become vocal advocates for Tatum.
    • Build a network of developer champions who contribute to the community through content creation, code samples, and technical expertise.
    • Recognize and reward outstanding contributions that elevate the Tatum ecosystem.
  • Become a GitHub Rockstar:
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase Tatum's visibility and engagement on GitHub.
    • Proactively participate in discussions, address issues, and provide exceptional support to developers using Tatum on GitHub.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a seamless developer experience on GitHub.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building and managing online developer communities.
  • Deep understanding of the Web3 space, weekly trends, and the developer landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
  • Strong content creation skills (writing, video and photo editing, basic design skills).
  • Experience with social media management and community engagement tools.
  • Familiarity with GitHub and a passion for open-source development is a plus.
