BitTorrent is looking for a Content Marketing Associate with strong global marketing communications, project management, community building, and/or growth marketing experience. You will be responsible for executing the global marketing strategy, helping to manage a calendar of events, and working across a diverse range of needs in a growing and dynamic Marketing Team. . The ideal candidate will be a prolific writer, a content driver, a community guru, and have a creative and bold approach to growth.
You will:
- Manage and create social media content for Facebook, Instagram (including Reels & Live), Pinterest, Twitter, and emerging brand platforms, such as TikTok
- Develop strategy and deliverables for brand ambassador & influencer campaigns, including vetting talent, ordering products, and measuring success
- Assist Brand Marketing Manager with writing blog posts and web landing pages, optimizing the written and visual content across all platforms
- Define channel KPIs and measurement practices, analytics, and reporting methods to assess channel performance
- Assist on product photo and video shoots, as needed
- Explore new channels and other marketing initiatives to drive growth
Who you are:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing and copywriting, ideally in the agency or startup space.
- Ability to create compelling, inspiring, and story-driven content across multiple channels.
- Intellectually curious with a passion for technology and innovation and the ability to translate complex topics effectively.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Strong planning and project management capabilities.
- Results-driven with experience in tracking, measuring, and reporting marketing metrics.
- Resourceful and flexible team player with a high degree of creativity, energy, empathy, and enthusiasm. We're looking for stitchers and collaborators!
- Must be creative, detail-oriented, a team player, and comfortable turning ambiguity into genius.
