Wolfden is a new startup incubator and accelerator that supports highly innovative brands in Fintech and Web3. Wolfden is part of an established group of companies.  

We are experiencing an exciting growth phase and are on the hunt for an ambitious and intelligent Junior Marketing Manager/ Marketing Manager to join our pack and make their mark. 

You will be crucial in developing and executing winning marketing strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for creating engaging content strategies that increase awareness, managing multiple platforms, and building vibrant online communities. 

Responsibilities 

  • Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) for other marketing materials for clients and Wolfden. 
  • Project managing and maintaining client relationships. 
  • Manage and inspire one direct report to ensure they deliver quality work and results within agreed deadlines. 
  • Work collaboratively with the wider group to bring a variety of campaigns to market and be a key cross-functional partner to our global pack. 
  • Manage and support Wolfden and its client's presence at events. 
  • Measure, track and report the effectiveness of activities and provide recommendations for future campaigns/programs/events. 
  • Weekly reporting to the leader of the pack to communicate achievements, priorities and what additional support is required. 
  • Market research, audience research, invoice tracking and ad-hoc business and marketing requests as required. 
  • Our ideal candidate 
  • Has 3 plus of marketing experience in the fintech/payments space. 
  • Familiarity with website CMS, social, email, SEO, CRM and demand generation tools and strategies to promote content to target audiences.  
  • Enthusiastic about all things marketing and growth with a solid understanding of how to properly leverage AI tools. 
  • Curious and confident to ask questions and challenge the status quo. 
  • Meticulous when it comes to planning campaigns and events. 
  • Comfortable producing anything from company pitch decks to engaging newsletters, social media copy, and video scripts. 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative pack mentality but also equally comfortable working independently as a lone wolf. 

 

Skills 

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results (brand awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention) in Fintech. 
  • Strong project management, task management and organisational skills. Highly organised and able to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills. 
  • Excellent written English (fluent) and communication skills with a strong eye for detail. 
  • Day-to-day execution of campaigns and product launches, from ideas to implementation, drives commercial results. 
  • Creative and storytelling skills to build our brands in new and innovative ways. 
  • A broad range of Marketing experience covering brand, collateral, website management, social media management and community building, event management, content marketing, SEO, demand generation, customer marketing and segmentation, PR, and reporting and analysis. 
  • Up to date with marketing platforms, trends, best practices, and familiarity with emerging platforms. 
  • Solid understanding of marketing analytical tools and experience in conversion tracking. 
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 

Bonus points 

  • Video creation/ video editing 
  • Design (Canva, Adobe CC) 
  • Fluent in Italian 
  • Web3 industry experience

Salary Range 

  • 40k - 50K GBP depending on experience
