About Massa:

Massa is a Layer 1 blockchain platform offering Autonomous Smart Contracts and on-chain web capabilities. We are seeking a Crypto-Native Content Creator to be the voice of our brand, engage with our community, and create compelling content across various media platforms.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation
    • Create engaging and informative content, including daily tweets, media articles, and ecosystem-focused posts
    • Utilize modern tools and AI to produce visually appealing images and videos that resonate with the crypto community on Twitter
    • Develop memes and other shareable content to increase brand awareness and engagement
    • Present Massa’s narrative and showcase Massa's unique features, such as parallel architecture, Autonomous Smart Contracts, and on-chain web
  2. Community Engagement
    • Engage with communities (Massa and other chains) to discuss parallel architecture and compare it with other blockchains
    • Participate in discussions about new DeFi primitives, restaking protocols, RWA primitives, and TVL mechanics, and get others to join in on ours
    • Create well-designed tweets to encourage community reaction and engagement
  3. Ecosystem and News Focus
    • Spotlight new projects, updates, and developments within the Massa ecosystem
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the DeFi space and share relevant insights with the community
    • Interface with core and dev teams for ideas for potential integrations with other chains and discuss how Massa can leverage new primitives in DeFi, RWA, etc.
  4. Brand Voice
    • Serve as an in-house influencer and be a consistent voice for the Massa brand
    • Create content that aligns with Massa's brand guidelines and values
    • Maintain an exceptional brand voice across all content (fluent English, no written content that sounds AI-generated)

 

 

Requirements:

  • Complete fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Writing/posting samples will be requested.
  • Deep understanding of the DeFi space and its various components
  • Exceptional writing skills and the ability to create engaging, informative, and shareable content
  • Experience with image and video creation tools, including AI-powered tools
  • Strong knowledge of crypto Twitter and the ability to create content that resonates with this audience
  • Familiarity with Massa's unique features and the ability to effectively communicate them to a wide audience
  • Proactive and creative approach to content creation and community engagement

 

Compensation:

  • Independent contractor: $45,000 per year (if full-time) or $20/hour (part-time)
  • $50,000 per year or $25/hour if paid in $MAS tokens
