 Job Description:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Work on social media growth tools and campaigns regularly.
- Create weekly project and status reports.
- Design and produce high-quality viral content and campaigns that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor social media trends, news, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
- Moderate Twitter Spaces or Ama’s as needed.
- Analyse social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Engage with followers and Community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
- Work on Social Media and Community Growth campaigns across Platforms such as X, Discord, Twitter, etc.
- Oversee Social Media Channels including but not limited to X.com, Discord, and LinkedIn.

- Create engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to X.com, Discord, and LinkedIn.
- Analyze social media and Digital Marketing metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Digital Marketing, Social Media and Community growth efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with Digital Marketing and Community trends across industry and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise organic reach and engagement.
- Work on campaigns across Platforms such as X, Discord, Twitter, etc.
- Oversee Community Channels including but not limited to X.com, Discord, and LinkedIn in coordination with the moderation team.
- Work on the KOL onboarding and management along with the team when needed and create marketing campaigns along with them.
- Own and improve the performance of digital marketing channels.
- Forecasting, measuring, and reporting on digital campaign performance.
- Lead and manage community growth and activation platforms such as Galxe, Zealy, Gleam, etc. and associated campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
What you have to bring:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Social Media manager, Growth Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Manager in Web3 Industry
- Experience with DeFi and Solana is a bonus
- Design experience is an Added bonus
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, organized, fast learner, curious, and aligned with our values

- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Mid to high-level knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency and the power they represent
- you have excellent marketing, social media, growth, and time management skills

- Experience with building and managing Discord and Telegram Channels
- Bonus points if the candidate has experience with community platforms such as Zealy, Layer3, Galxe, Gleam, etc. for social and growth campaignsÂ
