About the role:

This is your chance to join our awesome team as the Senior Content Manager. You'll be the mastermind behind our content strategy, crafting engaging stuff that gets crypto users excited. You'll also lead a team of copywriters and work with other departments to make sure everything fits together perfectly. 

This is a full-time position without ability to part-time, a candidate must be available during business hours (from GMT +0 to GMT +4)

Your tasks:

  • You'll be the mastermind behind our content plan, cooking up fresh and exciting marketing content (blogs, websites, social media, the whole shebang!) that grabs crypto users' attention across all channels.
  • Adhere to the EXMO style guide for consistent tone and branding.
  • Lead and support your team of rockstar copywriters, keeping everyone hitting deadlines and pumping out high-quality content.
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, design, and other teams to make sure our content tells one amazing story. 
  • Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for crypto users and traders.

Content master's skillset:

  • 5+ years of experience in content management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors, with relevant experience working in crypto companies (ideally crypto exchanges).
  • Proven track record of managing content strategies and leading content teams.
  • Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies
  • English and Ukrainian at C1 level
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency and markets required 
  • Strong ability to multitask, work quickly under tight deadlines, and adapt to organizational changes
