Content Marketing Lead
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Zamp's brand objectives and target audience preferences
- Oversee the creation, curation, and publication of high-quality content across various channels including website, blog, social media, email, etc
- Craft compelling narratives that communicate Zamp's value proposition, mission, and vision to resonate with our audience and differentiate us in the competitive market
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to Zamp's digital assets
- Strategize content distribution across relevant channels to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation
- Monitor content performance metrics and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven optimizations
- Identify and nurture partnerships with industry influencers, publications, and organizations to amplify Zamp's brand presence and reach new audiences
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content strategy and maintain relevance
Qualifications & Skill Set required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Proven 4 to 6 years experience in content marketing, preferably within the fintech sector
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in grammar and punctuation
- Demonstrated ability to develop creative content strategies and produce compelling content that drives engagement and conversion
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing content for search engines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and measure content performance
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
- Passion for fintech and a strong understanding of the financial industry, including knowledge of banking, payments, and financial technology trends will be big plus
